It’s Not Enough To Remove Bad HabitsIf you want to have different results, it is obvious you need to remove 
old bad habits. But it is not trivial as it seems. The most important thing you need to understand when it comes to a self-improvement is that whenever you remove something, another thing fulfills the place. It is an essential part of Vacuum Law of Prosperity.

This Law supports removing old habits and letting good things to flow into your life. But, when it comes to practicing Law of Attraction this is a turning point. You can do everything right and commit yourself to remove bad habit ( for example to stop smoking or stop thinking negative about your boss) and still get bad results. WHY??

Let’s take for example you decide to quit smoking. Moreover, you choose to quit smoking because you want to be more healthy and stop losing money for supporting bad habits. It is a fantastic decision. After removing bad habit of smoking, you expect to be healthier ( to receive), BUT you do not support being more healthy with actions like exercise, eating healthier food, conditioning your mind to the positive things and so on. So you remain in status quo. After a while, you will see that your bad habit is to be replaced with another bad habit, probably overweight or some other addiction. Your subconscious mind will tell you: “Hey, I miss my cigarette, give me something else.” and so the mind will do anything to create the desire for eating. It will fulfill the missing space. That is how everything is balanced. If you do not decide what you want, somebody else will. Sounds familiar? Now you get the point; you need to finish what you have started with taking a proper action. Removing old habit without taking actions in wanting direction will bring you only disappointment and frustration. Probably you will say how this all personal development, self-development, Law of Attraction stuff does not work. Well, it works, you just didn’t finish what you have started.

For every bad habit, you want to eliminate decide what NEW one will come. This Law does not tolerate being “empty.” The best advice we can give you is that you replace one old negative habit with two new positive habits.

For example

Old habit: Smoking

New habit: Eating healthy food, daily exercise

Old habit: stop complaining to my husband/wife

New habit: paying attention to the right qualities of my partner on daily basis, expressing loving and thankful thought and emotions to my partner

You will find on this page how self-development is a process; it takes time, willingness, dedication, belief to make a breakthrough success. Just remember how much time you spend in creating all these negative feelings and unwanted experiences. Probably 30, 40, 50 years. But it does not matter. You cannot change the past. You can only make the rest of your time fantastic. Enjoy the journey.
