Difference Between Dark Times And Hard Times

What is the difference between hard and dark timesIt is not comfortable to face and go through difficult times at any stage of life. But it is life, and we create even that experiences. In everyday life, the majority of people cannot accept this responsibility mainly because of limiting beliefs and unwillingness to change. It is not easy to break a habit of poor, negative and destructive thinking and take responsibility to choose consciously better feeling emotions.

If you understand the true meaning of Law of Relativity hard times will be just a learning lessons as they need to be.

The Law of Relativity explains that all things are relative. They are not right or wrong, big or small, rich or poor, but instead, all is relative.  So it is up to you to decide about perception and what you want to focus upon. When you concentrate on good thoughts, align emotions and actions with those ideas, you will be on the higher vibrational level to create better experiences. That is why hard times are very useful as learning lessons for the journey of self-growth. As you learn and repeat positive lessons, the better you become.  Moreover, after a while, you will be able to drop out learning from negativity and access wisdom to create what you want.

On the other side are dark times and they are not even likely beneficial as hard times. Once you are in dark times, you are not able to learn from mistakes, failures and see other opportunities. Everything seems dark at that level. You are on the very low vibrational level which is extremely dangerous because in those states conscious awareness is almost at zero. At that point, all the power has your subconscious mind which is full of negativity. See, how our thoughts can make us miserable, and create enormous problems in life?. Changing emotional and physical state along with perception is crucial for climbing to the higher vibrational level. At that point support of your closest friends or family is very important. Of course, for any mental or psychological problem, you should ask professional medical help.

If you feel that you are at very low vibrational state like dark times, your ultimate goal is to get out of it as soon as possible. There is nothing you need to learn from the darkness at that point. Along with professional medical help if it is needed you can start with simple things that will change your perception.

MOVE

The first thing you need to do is to MOVE. Standing at one place is dangerous. When you start moving, you will change biochemical reactions in your body. Exercise is the best physical action you can do at that time. Moreover, you should do it as much as you can. After a short period, you will feel relief which will bring back your conscious awareness to choose different thoughts and climb to the higher vibrational levels.

All is well

Once you have started moving and exercising, no matter whether you are jogging or doing another sport, repeat continuously at loud this sentence and affirmation: All is well.”

Along with physical activity, you will train your mind for the positive side of perception and allow other positive thoughts to bring you feelings of relief and signs of opportunities.

EFT <-> Meditation

After you finished physical activity + affirmations, another helpful tool is  Emotional Freedom Techniques or meditation sessions. These powerful techniques will help you remove all the blocks and let light enter into your life. All methods demand consistency and repeat usage, so you need to do it every day until they become part of your positive daily ritual. Of course, before you start any technique you need to learn how to use it, whether is EFT or meditation. 

Remember, there is always is a way out. When dark times come, don’t forget that you need light to see your way out.
